DAILY EXCURSIONS: Lake Baringo/Lake Bogoria (AH 1) Daily departure at 0800hrs
You will be picked up from your hotel and driven into the Rift Valley Region on to Lake Baringo . You will have the chance to explore Lake Baringo by foot, which has a large population of fish, which in turn attract large numbers of pelicans and fish eagles. The lake is also well populated with crocodiles. (Optionally, boat rides can be arranged directly with the Club). Lunch at the Club. After lunch drive to Lake Bogoria . This lake is still volcanically active, and the western shore is lined with spouting geysers, spurting steam and bubbling geothermal pools. Fresh water springs at the lake edge attract an abundance of birds and wildlife. The soda waters of the lake attract massive flocks of Flamingo. The shores are always lined with gazelle, zebra, and baboons amongst others. Later in the afternoon, drive back to Nairobi arriving early in the evening.
Lake Nakuru (AH2)
Daily departures at 0830hrs.You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to Lake Nakuru . Early lunch at the lodge. After lunch, drive to Lake Nakuru for an afternoon of game viewing. Lake Nakuru provides visitors with one of Kenya 's best-known images. Thousands of flamingos in a single massive flock, fringe the shores of this soda lake. The lake has become world famous for these birds, who visit the lake to feed on algae that forms on the lakebed.
Lake Nakuru has more than just flamingos. There is also a National Park and an important rhino sanctuary. Both black and white rhinos are found here, and are often seen resting under acacia trees by the lakeshore. There are also huge herds of waterbuck, zebras, buffalos, the endangered Rothschild Giraffes and more. Late afternoon drive back to Nairobi .The soda waters of Lake Bogoria are said to be medicinal and help heal skin diseases like eczema.
Hells Gate Naivasha (AH 3)
Daily departures at 0830hrs
Pick up from your hotel for a drive to Naivasha Town and further on to Hell's Gate National Park an ideal getaway for a day trip. It is famous for its natural geysers, stark rock towers and geothermal steam that make it one of the most atmospheric parks in Africa . The whole morning is spent in this Park.This park was named for its pair of massive red tinged cliffs framing a geothermic active interior of steam vents and bubbling springs.Drive to Lake Naivasha for lunch.
After lunch explore this lake on foot or take an optional boat ride around the lake. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. The waters of the Lake draw a great range of game to the shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia trees, buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the lakes large hippo population sleeps the day in the shallows.Late afternoon drive back to Nairobi .WILDLIFE SAFARIS Nairobi / Amboseli / Nairobi (AH 9)
Day 1 Nairobi:Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will be met and transferred to a hotel by Acacia Holidays representative.Overnight at your hotel.
Day 2 Amboseli: On this day after breakfast we will depart for a journey south of Nairobi via the Kenya/Tanzania border town of Namanga on to the Amboseli National Park . Upon arrival at the Lodge in the afternoon you will be welcomed by cool and refreshing drinks.After lunch it will be time to freshen up.Later in the afternoon depart for a game drive.Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3 Amboseli:Early morning game drives returning back for breakfast. This early morning game viewing allows you to see some of the elusive game returning from hunting and those going out in search of water.Lunch at the lodge with an afternoon of game viewing.Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4 Nairobi:After breakfast we return to Nairobi for onward transfer to the Airport for your flight back home.
Nairobi / lake Nakuru/Masai Mara (AH 10)
Day 1- Nairobi:Arrive in Nairobi 's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will be met by Acacia Holidays representative.
Overnight at your hotel.
Day 2 Lake Nakuru:Breakfast at your hotel then depart for the Great Rift Valleys' Lake Nakuru National Park . Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch.After lunch, enjoy an afternoon of game viewing drive.
Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 3/4 Masai Mara:After breakfast continue across the floor of the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara, home to Africa 's greatest wildlife, and also host to the worlds greatest natural spectacle, the wildebeest migration. You will spend two days on this natural paradise with the zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, buffalo, elephant, and gazelle amongst others. You will also encounter prides of lions resting in the shade of the acacia trees or lying low in the grass awaiting for their next prey. If lucky, you may also come across the cheetah and leopard.There will be morning and evening game drives.All meals included at your Lodge or Camp.
Day 5 Nairobi:After breakfast at your Lodge/Camp leave for Nairobi , where upon arrival you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
Nairobi/Samburu/Aberdares/Nairobi (AH 11)
Day 1 Nairobi:Arrive at the J.K.I.A. Nairobi and be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2 Samburu:Depart very early in the morning after breakfast for Samburu in the northern part of Kenya arriving in the afternoon.
Samburu area is one of the best places to find several endemic northern species; these include Gerenuk, the Reticulated Giraffe, and Grevy's Zebra.Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. After lunch relax for a few hours followed by a game drive later in the afternoon.Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/Camp.
Day 3 Samburu:The following day go out for an early morning game drive and later return to the lodge for breakfast.Lunch at the lodge followed by an afternoon game drive.Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge/camp.
Day 4 The Ark:After breakfast head for the Ark , which is in the Aberdares, forest.Lunch at the Aberdare Country Club before proceeding for the Ark , which is situated next to a water hole. The water hole attracts animals like the rhinos, buffaloes elephants and warthogs.Dinner and overnight at the Ark.
NB: Most luggage is kept at the Aberdare Country Club
Day 5 Nairobi:After breakfast at the Ark , return to the Aberdare Country Club to collect your luggage and proceed to Nairobi where you will be transferred to the airport for a flight back home.

Nairobi/Sweetwaters/Samburu/Lake Nakuru (AH 12)
Day 1 Nairobi:Arrive in Nairobi in the morning where you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2 Sweetwaters: After breakfast leave depart for Sweetwaters arriving in time for lunch.After lunch spend the afternoon game viewing with a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary.Sweetwaters Luxury Tented Camp is set on a 22,000-acre rhino sanctuary. Apart from offering an excellent opportunity to get close to the endangered black rhino, Sweetwaters is also home to the lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and other savannah game.Dinner and Overnight stay at Sweetwaters.
Day 3 Samburu:After breakfast depart for Samburu in the northern part of Kenya.Lunch at the lodge/camp with a few hours for relaxing followed by a game drive late in the after noon.Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge/camp.
Day 4 Samburu:An early morning and afternoon game drive are the attractions of this day.Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge/ camp.
Day 5 Lake Nakuru:Early breakfast at your lodge then depart for Lake Nakuru.

Day 6 Nairobi: An early morning game viewing is followed by breakfast. After breakfast depart for Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. Depending on your flight you may be transferred to the airport for a flight back home or check in at a hotel for an overnight stay and depart the following morning.
Nairobi /The Ark/Samburu/Sweetwaters/Mt. Kenya Safari Club/Lake Nakuru/Lake Naivasha/Masai Mara / Nairobi (AH 13)
Day 1 The Ark: On arrival you will be met at the airport and begin your journey to The Ark which is situated in the Aberdares Mountains
After lunch you will be transferred to the Ark situated in the heart of the Aberdares forest.Night game viewing is enjoyed in this salient area of the park with excellent sightings of elephant, buffalo, lion and rhino, drawn to the waterholes and saltlicks, which surround The Ark.
Day and night, forest animals visit the waterhole and salt lick, ensuring you up close and almost personal moments with the game.Dinner and overnight at the Ark.
Day 2 Samburu.Breakfast at The Ark.After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Aberdare Country Club to pick up your luggage and head north to Samburu. Arrive at your lodge/camp in time for lunch.
After lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive.
Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 Samburu:Early morning game drive.

Day 5 Mt Kenya Safari Club: Head for Mt Kenya Safari Club after breakfast for another day of leisure with the panoramic view of Mt. Kenya , one of the few tallest free standing mountains in the world. Enjoy the activities offered by the club. Overnight at the Club.
Day 6 Lake Nakuru:Arise in the morning to a backdrop of the magnificent snow capped Mt. Kenya . Breakfast at the club then depart for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. After lunch a few hours of relaxation followed by a late afternoon game viewing drive.Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 7 Lake Naivasha Country Club:Breakfast then head south to Lake Naivasha.Enjoy the facilities offered at the club/lodge.
All meals at the club/lodge with an overnight stay.
Day 8 Masai Mara:Breakfast and then drive to the Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch.In the afternoon go for a game drive.
Dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge/camp.
Day 9 Masai Mara:A whole day in this magnificent reserve with an early morning and afternoon game viewing drives.

Day 10 Nairobi:After breakfast depart for Nairobi with a game drive enroute. On arrival you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home depending on the time of departure.Mt Kenya Trek MOUNT KENYA TREK Climbing Mount Kenya - (AH 14)
Five day circumnavigation of Mt. Kenya
Day 1 - Nairobi:On arrival at the airport you will be met by Acacia Holidays representative for transfer to your hotel in Nairobi for an overnight stay.
Day 2 Base Hotel: After breakfast you will be picked by Acacia Holidays Tours Driver Guide and driven North to Naromoru River Lodge base for climbing Mt. Kenya . Lunch at the Lodge.Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3- Judmaier Camp:Morning spent sorting and organizing personal equipment for the trek. Lunch at the lodge (this is an extra charge for those not on full board the previous night). In the afternoon drive to the road head of Naromoru track to the Met Station where we spend the night in very comfortable log cabins. A good day for acclimatization, for we will be sleeping at an altitude of 10,000ft. A light hike is taken in the afternoon to help acclimatization.
Day 4 Teleki Valley:Hike up to the Teleki Valley to our Mackinders Camp where there is a spectacular view of the main peaks. Walking time approximately 4-6 hours. Overnight Teleki valley (14,000ft).
Day 5 Mackinders valley:After an early breakfast, begin the circumnavigation of the main peaks by heading north. One traverse takes us below the south and west faces on our approach to Tarn Hut then across the western terminal and into Hausberg Valley and finally over Hausberg Col and into Mackinders Valley . Walking time approximately 5 hours. The highest point reached this day is 15,000ft. Our camp in Mackinders valley is at and altitude of 14,200ft. Overnight at Mackinder's valley.
Day 6 Point Lenana/Teleki Valley Point :Alpine ascent of the third highest peak, Pt. Lenana, up the north face little used by tourists. The peak should be reached after about four hours of stiff walking. Altitude of Pt. Lenana is 16,355ft. We then descend into Teleki Valley and spend the night at our original camp completing a scenic traverse of the Mountain.
Day 7 Naromoru:Descend the mountain and return to the Naromoru River Lodge. All meals and overnight at the Lodge
Day 8 Nairobi:You will be picked by Acacia Holidays Driver Guide and driven back to Nairobi for an overnight stay at your hotel where you will be booked on bed & breakfast.
Day 9 Nairobi:Transfer to the Airport for your flight back home.BLISS AT THE KENYA COAST Nairobi / Mombasa / Nairobi (AH 16)
Day 1 Nairobi : On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel for an over night stay. A city tour of Nairobi can be arranged depending on your time of arrival.
Day 2 Mombasa:Breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi then transferred to the airport for a one-hour flight to Mombasa . On arrival you will be met by Acacia Holidays representative who will transfer you to your beach hotel.
Lunch at your hotel.
In the afternoon depart for a tour of Mombasa City , returning later in the afternoon. The rest of the evening will be spent at the hotel where you will have time to relax and freshen up.

Day 3 Mombasa
Breakfast at your hotel followed by another tour of Mombasa town, where you will have the chance to visit the Fort Jesus , and also cultural centers in Mombasa . Return to your hotel in the afternoon for Lunch. The afternoon is at leisure.

Day 3/4 Lamu/Kiwayu
The next two days will be spent in Lamu. There are numerous sights in and around Lamu worth exploring. The narrow, winding streets accommodate only pedestrian or donkey traffic. Buildings in Lamu date back to as early as the 18th century or before and are uniquely constructed out of local materials including coral-rag blocks for the walls, wooden floors supported by mangrove poles, makuti roofs, and intricately carved shutters for windows. Areas of visits while in Lamu will include archaeological and historical sites, the ancient villages of Shela and Matondoni, Lamu Fort, the museums, and the Donkey Sanctuary.
Day 5 Nairobi
Breakfast at your hotel.
The rest of the morning at leisure.
After lunch, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Nairobi and later on to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi for a flight back home depending on the time of departure.

The lodge comprises of two parts, the Hotel and the Club. Leisure Lodge is on Diani Beach on the south coast of Kenya . Set on a coral reef ten meters above sea level, with a breathtaking view of the sea, lies the holiday paradise of Kenya 's most popular beach. The accommodation in the hotel is in spacious rooms with bath, shower, sitting area with satellite TV, silent air conditioning, radio and a safe deposit box. The Club has similar amenities but the rooms are much more spacious.
